Rebuild Project Manager Assistant
SKY Restoration DKI is looking for a motivated and organized Rebuild Project Manager Assistant to join our team and help us execute projects efficiently and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field of project management.
Overview: As a Rebuild Project Manager Assistant, you will work closely with the Senior Rebuild Project Manager to support various aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. You will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
General Duties
* Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing project timelines, tasks, and resources.
* Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
* Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
* Help prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring expenses stay within limits.
* Assist with risk management by identifying potential issues and helping implement solutions.
* Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
* Support the team in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
* Ensure project files and data are organized and up to date.

Qualifications
Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $18.00 per hour, may be adjusted based on experience, + commission pay structure in addition based on employee performance
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
